I agree that at face value, that's what Stiles meant, but as an annoying person who likes to read into everything, I also took away another meaning to it. And yeah I agree that there's no 'void' left, that's just Stiles now, even though ofc everything has changed him a little. Also, you're right about Theo. As a chimera (and also not his beta), he shouldn't be able to steal Scott's power.

I don't usually like to comment because I tend to ramble and don't have much confidence in the shit that I have to say lol but discussing stuff here has been fun. Great episode, and even though yeah the Liam-Scott fight was annoying, it does make sense for Liam to act like that. I do agree that Liam is whiny but he's younger and I do like him still. I felt emotional during Scott's 'death' scene when I first watched too even though I consciously knew there was no way he could die. And yeah 'because you're barely even human' was such a good line, it really got to Theo. Btw, the way Stiles was pissed that Scott wasn't ok with what he did last episode, but then in this episode he also didn't like that Malia was ok with it?? like lmao Stiles what's up with that? I do get it though, even though he wants others to accept what he did, he's not ok with it himself, so that just makes it a tough situation. Also, as a last thing, I just wanna say that what Melissa said to Scott when they were on his bed was... a bit weird? Like that's your teenage son who just died and that you barely brought back to life, yet it was like she was casually talking to some soldier like 'yeah sometimes there are hurdles in life (like getting killed) but u know u have to get over it and go back to being the alpha leader'. I love Melissa, but that was just odd and out-of-character of her to say imo, and I don't think it's what he needed to hear. And oh about void Stiles, I don't think there's any 'void' left in him, but I do think that what happened has changed Stiles and brought out the darkness that was already in him before, and I'm guessing that's what Theo liked and was referring to. During this rewatch, I've been understanding of Theo and most of his deceitful behaviour amused me (I say this as someone who has watched the whole show so don't take this as me being ok with what Theo has been doing), but what he did to Lydia this episode actually threw me off 'cause I forgot how he did it, like... that's horrible (and ofc killing Scott was horrible too but you know what I mean). Remember how Lydia was catatonic in the beginning of the season? Yeah don't think she's gonna snap out of it too soon.

2021-05-05 09:44:21 +0000 UTCI took the whole “some of us are human” line to mean he has no powers. He can’t subdue a super powered being because he’s only human. He has to get his “hands dirty and make mistakes” because he can’t fairly fight whatever the hell Donovan was. But this episode! I was waiting for your reaction. Theo, while he’s frustrating, worked so efficiently. I like that all the characters we saw got brought back and they weren’t just wasted as a one time thing. I don’t think he took the powers from Scott, he just killed him. I don’t know whether he even can steal power away because he’s a chimera. It’s all fuzzy to me. But Theo talking about void stiles was funny because that’s really just normal stiles. It felt like the writers were just throwing that in there😂 Poor Lydia, she’s so powerful but gets taken advantage of because she doesn’t have the physical powers of a werewolf.
