It's nice to see the lady taking Walter to her home and helping a fellow human in need. It's something of a surprise to me but it seems there really are some nice people in the world. My mother has alzheimer's and had to move into a care home in December, 2020. She keeps escaping (I'm so proud of her lol). About a month ago she escaped and caught a bus, we assume to visit my brother who lives maybe 20 miles away. She was fine with bus journey but got confused after alighting from the bus. She wandered into a pub and asked for a drink of orange juice but had no money to pay for it (we still don't know how she bought the bus ticket). She just stood there, confused, when she couldn't find her purse and the few people in the pub that lunchtime sat her down and the barman gave her a free non-alcoholic drink, and they taked to her and calmed her down. She found a piece of paper in her pocket on which she had written my brother's address, like Walter had Peter's phone number in his pocket. She was only about three minutes walking distance away from her goal so one of the patrons very kindly walked her round to my brother's house and all was well. It's a simple story but it warms my heart to know people will actually help another person in need occasionally. People terrify me so I like to share this story to remind myself that there are a few good eggs out there. That's also one of the reasons I enjoy reaction videos: seeing you genuinely caring about characters you know to be fictional also warms my heart and makes me actually care about you*. I hate it when the plight of those fictional characters makes you cry (it physically hurts me - I'm very strange, I think lol) but it makes me happy at the same time because, for one, I know you are capable of being a nice person because you have empathy, and secondly, because I think I'm sharing a feeling with another human being and therefore not quite as disconnected as I usually feel. You'd think I'd follow this to the seemingly logical conclusion that if I accept the first two points I should also be able to conclude that, thirdly, I'm also capable of being a nice person... but I'm not quite there yet lol * In case that statement disturbs you I'd like to add that I'm a 50 year old person who uses a wheelchair if I have to move more that 20 meters or so, so I'm perfectly harmless. Of course, you're an intelligent person who knows I'd be equally as believable if I claimed to be a 12 year old hamster which has learned to type English, but I figure it's worth being honest whether being honest is worth anything or not lol

I love the Walter-Astrid relationship. The scene when Walter discovers what happened to Astrid after she was attacked was so emotional. You could see the genuine heartfelt grief in his eyes when he sees what Astrid went through, very much like a father would have felt for his daughter. Astrid is one of my favourite TV characters, her devotion to Walter is incredible even to the extent of weighing alien creatures or following Walter to make sure he is okay.
