Not to throw a wrench into your plans, but you also have the Loki series before you're caught up on the live action Disney+ series. The pandemic caused all kind of production and release issues, which is why there was so much content in such a rapid succession. The Hawkeye series comes out next month. It's crazy! These first 3 episodes are basically act one. It's about to get super crazy...and awesome!
