The reason for me Lucifer didn't send Dromos to hell immediately because of his own experiences. He hated when A. did this with him. And Lucifer is very trusting. He is so accustomed that demons will not revolt or dismiss his commands he acceptes their word for it. And litte comment about season 5. There are 16 episodes in all, Neflix split them in 5a and 5b, each with 8 episodes. They had to stop shooting the last part of ep. 16 when the pandemic hit the worst in March 2020. Everything else was done.

2021-11-28 18:36:10 +0000 UTCYes, now that it's done by Netflix, the budget is bigger and production values are much higher - and they spent more time shooting episodes - so more detail is able to be accomplished. Though the plandemic did affect things after mid season 5.
