I guess Rosa took it well because she knew the risks when she told Charles. They said it themselves right before telling him that he can't keep a secret, but they told him anyway because they knew he needed somewhere to call Vivian from. Also, Charles tends to be the person she's nicest to a lot of the time. Idk, I just think it's likely that she just knew it was a possibility when she decided to tell him, so she wasn't all that annoyed when it happened. (Plus, it's Rosa. She likely could've got Hitchcock and Scully to never go back quite easily if Gina hadn't made the deal first...) Love the case this episode. "Cool motive, still murder." is one of my favourite lines from the show for some reason. Haha I just love it. So Amy's kinda taken that turning point with Holt by this point. She's still Amy, so she still cares way too much about what he thinks and is still a bit of a suck up, but she was able to lie to him to get out of work, which is pretty big. Haha But I love how Holt got her an appointment and drove her there and everything. He really is such a good person who clearly cares about his Squad. Such an amazing Captain! And he was right, she did kinda deserve that. Haha I love Terry and Jake's friendship too. And how he wanted to help Jake with the case, and then when he found out he liked Amy too. And I love that he was gonna have a fancy tea party with his girls. Aaaw! I love him so much! He's such an amazing Dad! <333
