What Hayley said about Ansel and why Klaus killed him, I do think there was a bit of truth to that if I'm being honest. Of course, it WAS mostly to protect Hope, because he was afraid that Esther or any other enemy could find out about Hope through him. But I do believe that there was also that fear of letting him truly get to know him. I mean, we know that Ansel saw Klaus slaughter innocents and all that, but even as Klaus readied himself to kill him, Ansel stated that he wasn't capable of doing it. I think part of Klaus was afraid of the mutual disappointments that were made possible by them getting to know each other. So I do think that what Hayley said might've been partly true, that even though it was mostly for Hope's sake, there was a part of him that killed Ansel out of fear for himself as well. It's honestly really sad... Also, I love that Klaus went and tested Jackson rather than just killing him. I know he kinda revealed a bit of a plan there at the end, but if it had been anyone else telling him that Jackson could be trusted I don't think he'd listen, he'd just kill him instantly. But he DOES trust Hayley, and he does trust her instincts as both a Mother and someone who has had to take care of herself for most of her life, and so he was able to take that chance so long as he got to see for himself that Jackson could be trusted. Like, if he didn't trust Hayley, he wouldn't have even considered it. He would've just killed Jackson, and had Hayley not been the mother of his child and also someone he cares about he would've killed her too. But instead he listened to Hayley's reasons, and he trusted that she wouldn't do anything to harm Hope in any way. Even though he did need to see it for himself, that's more than most people would get. But it was definitely wrong for Hayley to attempt to tell Jackson without talking to Klaus about it. This is something they should've immediately sat down and talked about. Klaus shouldn't have made demands and Hayley should've consulted him in the decision. Sometimes they're really good at coparenting, other times they really could do with better communication... (That honestly is their biggest problem, communication.)

Sometime I wish Mary would shut up u knew for decades ur evil husband murdered Hayley’s parents u weren’t going to say crap if it wasn’t for this marriage. Klaus is upfront with his stuff everybody in the Mikaelson universe try to act like they are better than Klaus all the while they have done far worse in the shadows. Klaus is the most honest person here.

Hayley blaming Klaus for Esther and Finn wanting to kill Hope always pisses me off. I’m sorry if someone wants to murder a baby u can’t blame that on someone other than said wannabe baby killer. U forgot to add Mikael to the list of people who wants to murder baby Hope.

People see Klaus forcing Hayley to keep Hope a secret but people missed when Hayley was going to force Klaus to accept her telling Jackson about her. When Hayley found out she had to tell Jackson about Hope why didn’t she call Klaus he had to find out through Aiden telling him. Klaus never made a decision about Hope without telling Hayley why is she being selfish and acting like Klaus’ isn’t Hope’s father.
