I know America has a terrible attitude to disabled people (I am one. I’ve been to America and I can’t imagine a worse place in the developed world to live), but it’s still shocking to hear Broyles refer to the disabled person as “handicapped “. That word hasn’t been acceptable since the ‘70s. It’s a tough one to hear.
