The whole "At least they're talking" thing is just a joke about how on some shows the main actors don't get along and it causes a really toxic work environment. But J2 are really close in real life, their kids call each other Uncle. The pictures in the Padalecki house. The ones of Jared and Gen we first see were auctioned off for Charity, and then the Cowboy one of Jared he still has... In fact Jared and Misha were talking about it at a Con and they were talking about how they were written and then they sorta came to this conclusion that they weren't actually changing all that much about themselves... Haha The Crew were all Actors except the Stunt Coordinator who was actually played by himself. And that wasn't actually Jared and Gen's house. Their house is more farmy. They have chickens and stuff and it's cool. Misha did actually Tweet those as they were filming, I believe. Leaving many fans confused as they had no idea what he was on about. Also, the Wedding picture of Jared and Gen was their actual Wedding photo. :)
