It was the EMT, the one that was called to help out the nurse that found the corpse in the horror house and had a panic attack. Booth probably introduced himself when they got there and since this guy investigates the ppl he kidnaps and was in the military, I’m sure it was easy for him to figure out things about Booth. I actually really like this episode, you get to see a little bit of Bones’ childish and girly side with the Wonder Woman stuff. I always found the ending to be super cute.

Bones made a pretty saucy Wonder Woman.I think it would have been funnier if Boothe dressed up as Dracula, but that probably would have lessened the emotional impact of saving the girl. So now Boothe has shot 2 clowns, so that's something. The PI thing was weird and the whole thing with Angela's "husband" is pretty pointless. Since it took place out of the country under the influence, she should have no problem getting it annulled even without his consent. I'm not sure why the writers chose this path.
