An aspect that I particularly enjoy. Although originally the plan was fragmented in Walter's mind to avoid it's discovery. They have still carried on this delaying theme after it has been lost to Walter. What with these betamax tapes and number 3 being the first. This is probably better, by still keeping us in the dark. As to both, what it is and how affective it's likely to be. This show has always been about the puzzle pieces being delivered up at random intervals. Giving those rewatches another level of appreciation to them. This forges at lot of the wonderful filler we've and had. Opting to condense a lot of that mystery into a mini series ending. Making this feel like one long finale in some ways.
