We can’t pick and choose who they save cuz Carter is helping a mob boss unlike Kruger how many innocent victims have been harmed and will be harmed cuz of him we can’t pick and choose. What about the innocent victims Finch ALLOWED to be MURDERED including John’s ex girlfriend that’s WORSE than anything Kruger has done. Finch didn’t care about the innocent victims who were on the irrelevant list just as long as they were killing people who were suspected of terrorism. Also out of the 200 people in the lawsuit against Kruger’s company we only know of one death and 23 of the 200 live in nyc how many people are on Harold’s irrelevant list who live in other states does he care about them or only the people in nyc important to Harold. Also we don’t know if Kruger knew what third party people were doing with his site Harold told us in flashbacks his program gave him people who were perps and victims but he didn’t care so people died and people murdered innocent victims on his watch and he KNEW unlike Kruger who we don’t know if he fully knew cuz we don’t know what happened in the lawsuit.

Harold trusts Her to give them numbers, and John trusts Harold, but anything beyond that is a no for them. Whereas Shaw, is the much more open minded one. She spent years working for Her already. And as a side note, the height difference between Root and Shaw makes me smile so much
