Yep, this episode had all the things. Shady government covert ops led by an evil one-eyed villain, the "guy in the chair" coming in clutch, Frank forcing tears out with a story about his family, badass people doing badass things, sexy people doing sexy things, Nick from Grimm''s mom being put in charge of the CIA, and Karen. That's more than one episode deserves.
