I think the best part is how each of them react to that. Foreman hates the similarities between himself and House so he actively tries to fight them. Chase likes the similarities between himself and House, which is why he so often just goes along with him. Cameron is blinded by her feelings for House, and the changes seem more drastic with her because she was the furthest away from him to begin with.
