I go away for a month and you're doing all kinds of cool stuff! lol I really enjoy this game. It's such a simple game that a play through it always looks more like a reaction video than a gameplay video. Fun to watch and fun to play. I don't personally think many games pull that off, though I do watch a lot of gaming channels now I think about it. This game and Doki-doki Literature Club are two games that can really suck me into a channel. If I enjoy their play through either game I'm usually hooked for the long-term. I'm such a simple creature lol

I think a game like this is a good start; a simple narrative experience, you can enjoy at your own pace. I would definitely suggest a game called What Remains of Edith Finch. It's basically a exploration/walking simulator, but it's got amazing visual world building and storytelling. It is however pretty emotional and sad, but really, really cool and intriguing.
