In the name of the donut....

Some of you who have followed me for a long, long time, might remember this piece from #InkTober 2014:

Sometimes you just draw something and you keep on loving it for years after. This became one of those pieces.

I always loved how in the Sailor Moon anime series Usagi was constantly dreaming of food. It is very relatable to me. And that's why I also always imagined her to be chubbier than the perfect anime dream girl.

And because I am currently selecting some artworks to make stickers (YEEEES, STICKERS!!) I decided to give chubby donut Usagi a new life!

I kept the lines of the original drawing, but made some small fixes. Especially the face did not give me joy and I like the new version much better. While coloring my topmost priority was to make everything, her and the donut, look especially JUICY. I really like how it turned out!

Now I am really looking forward to see how the stickers turn out! Are there any artworks of mine which you love the most and think would make good stickers?
