The current situation!

I feel like I owe everybody a full explanation of what's currently going on and what will be going on for perhaps the next month! I'm so happy to have finally gotten my hands on a job to do alongside being an artist on Patreon, but I came in at the wrong time and within the very first two weeks of having worked here, this job is relying very heavily on me.

I'm basically covering for the fact that we are missing two employees due to very unexpected circumstances, and despite me asking for hours that would be manageable to me, I was given double the hours and I'm borderline full time. ( A side note, this town is very well known for not giving anybody full time because they will be required to give you benefits, so every single work place here will keep you just below full time. Most people work outside of town but I'm unable to. )

Despite my co-workers having been giving a month or more of training before they're fully prepared to work on their own, I was given a week of training and was thrown into a very important position right away, not to mention I am now training the new employees right away. Because of this, I'm afraid I cannot demand less hours right away so I can devote more time to drawing! After talking with the manager, I believe after a month our new employee should be ready to step out of training so that I'm not required to work full time!

I assure you the draws will keep coming, but for the next month full pieces may not come on a consistent schedule like I had originally hoped for, I'm very sorry everyone!! Thank you so much for hanging in there with me though, I'll let everyone know if there are any change of plans!

TL;DR Things at work are very messy right now and I'm struggling to find proper time to draw but I'll get things sorted out soon!!
