Mana System v1.3.4 Patch Notes

Changes:
NPC activity dialog options no longer have mana options.
Minor UI changes to usage details.
Added functionality to determine if an Item's passive effects need to be applied.
Added support for classic TidySheet5e. "Quadrone" support will be included in the next module release.
Bug fixes:
Fixed a bug that caused percentage-based mana passive effects to be 10x greater than intended.
Fixed a bug that caused unquiped items to apply passive effects.
Fixed a bug that caused unattuned items to apply passive effects.
Fixed a bug that prevented TidySheet Resource Bar from updating.
Fixed a bug that caused upcasting for certain NPCs to fail.
