About Diamond Tier...

It's been quite a while since I opened the Tier and I've heard divided opinions about it. How have you felt? What do you think of the current commission system?
Because the truth is, I have felt some disagreement about it... Perhaps the system is not the most optimal for everyone, since sometimes it can take a couple of months to get an slot.
So I've been thinking of a couple of alternatives for this problem.
1. Commissions in Stream:
Several other artists I know open up commissions to do at that specific moment, giving a brief description of what type of commission they are accepting, and letting their commission tier Patreons jump in to claim the slot (Posting their idea and references). It could be "First come first served" or let me choose the idea or characters that I would prefer to draw at that moment.
The commission would start that same day, it would be paid immediately, and preferably it would be finished that same day in stream. This way I can work quickly on the commissions without waiting for the client's confirmation of the sent WIP, which sometimes takes several hours or days to be answered.
2. Pool of Commissions/Ideas:
The second option is a bit simpler, but could potentially cause longer wait times. It would be based on leaving the Commissions form open indefinitely.
The idea is to let Diamond Tier Patreons post their idea whenever they like (Limited to one form per Patreon until their idea is completed.) and complete them in order. Obviously, in the event that an idea does not meet my standards, the client will be informed so that they can upload it again with a better idea or wording about it.
This way there is not so much trouble with the delivery dates or you having to be alert to an specific date of the month in which the commissions form would open.

I prefer how it is, how it is gives us like a chance to get our commissions accepted, if you want to to do commission streams it would sound better if you did like sketch commission on stream to give people a chance that didn’t get selected too. But that’s just my opinion.

2023-07-11 14:12:26 +0000 UTCI still like the current system at the moment even though i'd like to see commissions streamed but it would make it even harder and make more pressure for queue and such.

2023-07-11 09:58:17 +0000 UTCI don’t mind how it is but I also can see those who are want commissions. Only thing I can see with the streams is people who want a commission but have work or something during the stream time
