I mean, yeah Chuck was being pushy and nosy but Sarah doesn't really have a leg to stand on to complaint; how many times did she push Chuck on things about his past, things about university that Chuck was very sensitive and upset about? She pushed him to "confront" his past and it even ended up with Chuck having to go back to the place of his trauma "for a mission"... Pretty much exactly what happened this episode with Sarah... So yeah, it is annoying and invasive, but they did the same thing to him, she did the same thing to him; with the exception that this compromised Sarah's cover, but it was compromised way before Chuck's intervention and without any fault of his... The moment he stepped out to annoy Sarah that ship had sailed
