Hawkins is a pretty damn good villain imo. Like, she's SO annoying because of what she does. But she's just a genius. She completely played them all. And yeah, that was a great twist at the end with that guy working for her. I love the scenes between Holt and Rosa so much this episode. I love that while he clearly wanted her to stay and continue to try proving her innocence, he also didn't try to force her to. He made it clear that he didn't approve of her running, but didn't do anything to actually stop her except talk to her. And I love that that was enough to convince her. I love them so much. Poor Terry. Constantly getting hacked this episode. Haha And all those Pandemic jokes are just perfect! There's this video on Youtube that's called "B99 Predicting COVID" (Or something like that...) And it's just hilarious because there's just so many jokes that have a whole new meaning after everything... Haha So I actually like Gina this episode, which is very rare for me. But this is the way I can actually stand her. When she's not treating everyone around her like shit, or somehow saving the day. She's trying to help out, though clearly isn't very good at it, and she's actually funny this episode to me. And then when the Jury finds Jake and Rosa guilty, her first instinct is to check on and comfort Amy. So yeah, this is an episode where I actually do like her. I wish they did more of this sorta thing with her. Jake's jokes in the hallway about robbing a bank were hilarious to me. Just the fact that he did that twice, and the Judge walked by both times and overheard. He really should've saved those jokes for home, or somewhere private. Just not IN COURT! Haha As for Jake leaving the State... Maybe he let his Lawyer know where he was going? Or the Judge? Something like that... Idk. I know nothing about Law, especially not US Law... But those seem like the most likely options to me...
