The motion sent against us was referred to a Magistrate Judge to make a report and recommendation to a District Judge on how to rule on it.
The Magistrate Judge recommends dismissal of the lawsuit based on lack of personal jurisdiction.
We're waiting for the District Judge to accept the recommendation, sign off, then we be free to continue working on this game freely.
I've sent all the documentation to Patreon, as soon as they give me the signal I'll restore the links in these pages.

I get that this is a super old post, but curious that gats would take issue here and not with Fenoxo. Well this prolly makes more monies so making a reason to get them would makes sense.

It's -extremely- unlikely they'd be able to do it again in another state, for a series of reasons. The lack of jurisdiction is also not the only reason why we're expecting the case to be dismissed.

That means this might not be over as a lack of personal jurisdiction means that they brought up the case in the wrong court and they could potentially refile in the right court. @EvilEye, dismissal due to lack of jurisdiction is usually not done with prejudice. The only issue would be one of time if there is some type of statue of limitations relevant to the case in whatever would be the CORRECT jurisdiction for the case to be brought up. The case is not being dismissed on its merits but on where the case was brought up to begin with.
