Bloo distributed without her default costume
Instructions:
Unpack the "DLC#1" folder into your Princess & Conquest folder
Answer "Yes" if asked to overwrite
Make sure your folder looks like this
Load any of your saves
Get your Additional Characters!
10 Additional Characters will be waiting for you under Faun's Tavern!
At any time! Forever!
