Grungs 1

D&D has a fixation with frog-men. You've got slaadi, banderhobbs, bullyugs, hezrou and probably a load of others, but the grung have the distinction of being tree frog men, so they get to be a bit cuter than the others.

Grung have sticky toe pads to climb with and are better at jumping than your average frog-man, but the main event is their skin. Each type of grung secrets a special toxin from their skin that Poisons you and makes you act all grungy.

The green grung makes you move only by hopping, which if you're not built that way will halve your movement speed.

Blue grungs are the craftsman class. They try to stay out of combat if they can, but if they end up in the mix have better weapons and armor than the common greens. A woomera is like a bigger, heavier atlatl; an extension for your arm so you can throw a spear farther and more accurately. Their venom makes you croak involuntarily, which can be a problem if you're trying to hide or cast spells.
