Hannah is not in the military she’s a reporter if she’s a good reporter if another section had their eye on her than all it takes is a phone and flight. As a Marine who wrote orders sending people to different units, training and etc it depends on where ur sending them. Different branches also move at different speeds Marines we are pretty fast at what we do.

The actress who plays Hannah was in the episode where she wanted to talk to House after she was attacked. The park ranger was in the two-parter playing the cop and then Foreman caught what he had after going to his apartment.
