When the time jump happened in the middle of season 4, and we fast forwarded to Barry being a religious nutcase i was so weirded out and disliked it because it wasnt what i wanted to see happen on screen, felt like whatever we were watching beforehand was over just like that and now we're way in the future watching something else, and since it wasnt something i expected to happen it made me dislike it initially. But after sitting on it a bit and rewatching it again, i'm fine with it since Barry was never a conventional show anyways. The community response to the ending season was mixed, some thought it was brilliant and some hated it but overall i think it wrapped up nicely, especially with the hollywood satire where Barry ends up being immortalized as a hero. What were your thoughts on season 4 overall, the time jump and the ending? What are your thought on acting performances in the show? I think both Bill Hader and the actress that portrayed Sally did insanely well. Sally was very impressive imo, as acting about being an actor and delivering both great and poor performances while also making us dislike her but also sympathize with her. Also you probably noticed but i cant remember if you mentioned it, Both Bill Hader and Fuches actor were in Brooklyn Nine Nine, Bill as a captain who died in first episode of season 3, and Fuches as Boyle's Dad! Also Janice's father is Lechero from season 3 of Prison Break, you said you knew him but i dont think you mentioned Prison Break so i wondered if you realized that :D In any case, hope you enjoyed the show and onto the next one!
