Thomas Gibson (Hotch) directed this episode. It was his first time directing the show. 🙃 Yeah, I'm glad Morgan called Garcia to show her at the end too. The thing with her job is that she is so far removed from ALL of it. In a way, you'd think that's helpful because she doesn't have to talk to the families or see the bodies in person or talk to the suspects. But at the same time, she doesn't get to see the happy endings first hand, she hears about them, but sometimes that wouldn't be enough. And also, despite how important her part of the job is, I feel like you'd feel almost useless because you're not there. All you can do is find the information and send it to them. (Which is one of the most important parts of the job, of course, but I feel like at times it wouldn't feel that way...) Plus, she's talked about it before how she is constantly worried about her team because they're all out there in the middle of it every day while she's usually all the way back at Quantico and there is nothing she can do to protect them. It must be horrible...
