It's just an extra, a tribute, a "cosplay" costume you can get in the game, one between hundreds of them. The Princess isn't even cosplaying as anybody, (s)he's just wearing that getup, and wheter "cosplaying" in itself is something one should be liable for is not something that should be discussed here.
