I have such a soft spot for vigilantes tbh. I love a good revenge story and I think Darlene was never gonna harm another person again.... so I'm really glad she got away. Also, the relationship between Darlene and Ellen was so interesting - the ending, to me, shows that Ellen actually cared for Darlene. That smile was sincere, I think she was, in a weird way, trying to "toughen up" Darlene and I think she was genuinely happy that Darlene got to walk free - if she was a psychopath, like they said, I think she would have ratted her out without hesitation.

She enjoyed it too much and probably would've found new excuses to kill. While Darlene just wanted the guys who raped and killed her daughter to pay, and she didn't enjoy the killing. She's not going to kill anyone else. She's not a problem. And I think the Team kinda knew that. I very much doubt they'd put in much effort to find her. Rossi saying he has mixed feelings about her getting away was perfect, I think. He seems to have similar feelings as us viewers, she WAS a murderer and the law enforcer in him wanted to arrest her for that, but the human being in him (the human being who has lost a child!) was glad she got away and didn't really wanna arrest her. He knew she was the one who had killed the woman before the dragging, and therefore realised she was much more hesitant to kill and wouldn't do it again. But yeah, I am totally for killing paedophiles and rapists. They're disgusting, and it is HORRIBLE that they just get away with this shit. "Don't do drugs. They turn you into a paedophile apparently." My new favourite thing anyone has ever said... π€£π I'm so glad you're liking Alex so far though. I really love her and so I was obviously worried that you wouldn't like her for whatever reason. It's just not all that fun to watch reactions when the person reacting doesn't like a character you love, it just makes it tough. I don't think that's ever happened to me with you, but it has with others and it does just make it hard to watch. I still do it, but it's tough. You probably get what I mean though. It's more enjoyable when someone is enjoying the characters and stories that you enjoy.
