To answer the question as to why the pin-up art for the Roci is a naked, sleeping woman. When they were naming the ship Amos referenced a woman named Rocinante that he knew who "was good to him", and I've always assumed it's a homage to her lol

And I’m fairly sure that Dawes didn’t “buy” the police chief. She is just OPA. Thats why they showed the OPA tattoo on the guy who escorted him out.
