Because people have been boosting for Bird. That's it, there's not nearly the equivalent majority on SS pushing for Bird P, it's just heavy spenders. While the ethics of spending more to have more weight in a voting poll is complicated, it is a doubtless shame that this gratuitous support is for petty reasons and not for directly supporting Tower and the game. But that's just how it goes.
