Love Black Sails especially the ending. Love The Expanse till about season 4, not fond of the last 2 seasons especially the last season which reminds me of what they did to Game of Thrones last season, like they couldn't finish it fast enough, but the first 4 seasons of The Expanse are gold Jerry.

2024-01-12 20:25:35 +0000 UTCYou’ll be pleased to know that yes, the whole show was pretty much preplanned. The showrunners Travis & Terry said from the start that they would need at least 4 seasons to tell the full story. And 3&4 are even better written because they wrote both seasons in one go. So it’s one big complete story. They even had a big old board, like what the splinter team has, or a word of the witness, with all the story/character arcs on it, to make sure that there weren’t any plot holes and that everything fitted together and made sense. Terry even said they knew what the very last scene of the series was going to be before they started filming and everything was just leading up to that. There’s other things they planned from S1, that we’ll get into in the next couple seasons as well. I really do mean it when I say I think this and Black Sails are very nearly perfect shows. Both 4 seasons. Both phenomenal stories with proper endings. The Expanse is right up there too, so I’m really glad you’re enjoying that too.

2024-01-05 04:21:58 +0000 UTCOK, now that I watched the whole episode, just a note, I think the pale man meant to say 'Conceived out of time' because Cassie got pregnant and then that time was erased. I always find myself saying born out of time when I think of that part and then correct myself. Also, shout out to Deacon who once again had another great line when he said "Nothing good makes that sound" when they first heard Titan.

2024-01-05 03:10:35 +0000 UTCJust starting to watch your reaction now, but the message on the wall when Olivia was in the room in the vision from drinking the red tea was: This was home 1957-1959 That might not be exact, I'm going off of memory, maybe the years were on top of the words, I can't remember and I don't remember which episode it was from, but pretty sure that was it. EDIT: And of course I just got to the part where they show the message and it was dates first, from now on I'll watch the whole episode before commenting :)
