Yeah, the 0 hit dice increment on the Blade Haunting ability lets you feed the blade hit dice as an action. The idea is that, at least initially, the calgrosto won't try to take your hit dice unless you go a long time without feeding it, but gets gradually greedier over time.

2023-07-24 22:36:38 +0000 UTCThis is awesome! I love the mechanic here. Question - can a PC wielding a possessed weapon volunteer their hit dice? Making the save and taking damage every day for just 1d6 fire damage seems … like a bad deal?
