Yeah, Spencer was acting like a jerk in this episode. It was actually good for him to get put on the bottom 5 list. He needed to be humbled a bit. That is the nice part of the training they receive. They not only need to train to be badass soldiers, but they train to get the right attitude too, if you don't have the right attitude, it will affect the whole team dynamic.
