🔺Leveling UP🔺

Woke up this morning and decided to work on a revamped version of the Level Up HUD. Honestly a little tired of the pink/blue menus, going for something classier with gold & leather~

There are still changes I'll make, but it's starting to look nice imo!
Some finishing touches and I'll publish it in Beta, there's no time to rest 💦

Opinions? Likes/Dislikes? I'll add a gradient to the back of the character name to have it pop out more, and Knight/Princesses/Progeny have different menu backgrounds too!

Add a box next to their abilities that show current buffs/depuffs and their descriptions. The status book is too lengthy to find specifics.

that would be so great

the menu backgrounds are cool but too busy integrating them differently would be cool, like having it appear as a splash as you enter each characters menu also, i personally really like the old look, so having the option to choose would be great

Perhaps instead of using the pre-existing images for the background you could make some. Like a gradient or theme, similar to the Membership Images, so that it doesn't look crowded. It can use simple shapes and lines and perhaps some small images to compliment the screen but not overtake it. Because I agree, High-Res stuff is too busy. But as an example, Ghost Princess, her background gradient could look/feel ghostly and unsettling with smooth curvy arches and generally edgeless shapes, perhaps a simply drawn ghost or two. Something like that, where it complements the type of princess/knight whilst not being to crowded

Adding the ability to see how much exp we need to burn to level would be nice, instead of having to guess.

If I were to toss my two cents in, having a toggle option between "Classic" (Pink and Blue) and "Classy" (Gold and Leather) would be nice as I'm pretty attached to the old. I also agree that the character art is too busy in the background.

I like the leathery effect on the first image, but I agree that using art as well is a little busy. Personal preference would be to keep it simpler.

I like the idea but you may have to be careful with the detail on the background image, it could make the portrait difficult to see.
