There is going to be a Patreon bundle with models, and a KS bundle. Those will be separate and non-overlapping, but covering the same theme. You are free to choose what you like :)

I'm afraid I'm pretty new and I still don't get where everything is. When you say "all Patrons already got the free model added to their library", where should I look? I looked in my account/downloads but it's not there, I searched in the shop linked to my Patreon account and dind't find it either. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, could you please help me? Thanks and sorry for bothering you with such details...

If you mean the download link, then make sure you are clicking on the Download link, not the Product link. It's currently just on the backend ;)

So do I need to back the Kickstarter as well as the Patreon to get all the models?

Well the link in the shop appears as "Page not found" (The link where we are directed when signing to the KS):By the way I couldn't find it in the library either...

No worries, I'm happy to answer! Firstly, that's a collab with MyMiniFactory, so that's an incredible opportunity. Secondly, I don't aim to make this a cash grab or anything like this (I think by this time you know me fairly well). Making a KS is a step that I considered important in developing this project further. The main thing being reach and awareness of it. A KS can lead to Patron number growth, and this in turn will makie it possible for me to push much more content each month (no need for day job, etc., as right now the costs of doing all this are high enough not to be sustainable). Other variables include the fact that to make make all the stuff that I have in mind for this theme, we'd spend like 3-4 months in here, and it would be boring, both for you and for me. So we'll have February for the KS and complimentary Patreon release, and March for KS end and modular customizer dwarves ;)

What do you lead you to make KS campaign? Is there to much ideas and there is no space for it on patreon or you will not return to this theme in future or you need earn more money in these difficulty times? :-) I try to understand it. I guess why to make KS when artist have patreon - different theme or content but you have the same theme. My apology for obstrusive questions :-)
