Hi gang! I wanted to share some info with you all and explain stuff about the project you may have already heard about π
Or just scroll to the bottom for a freebie π
Not much, really! I will continue to create minis as usual, according to your Roadmap (found here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/51749853).
The Props&Beyond brand is a side project that I wanted to pursue since I got my FDM printer many years ago. But only now have I fully grown as a creator to be confident enough to make such a collection.
I've teamed up with some amazing people to help bring it to life, while keeping the time I need to make monthly TPGEO releases.
I was always a fan of providing physical hooks for my RPG players, be it half-burnt letters, invisible ink maps or mysterious blueprints. Using a 3D printer allows for so much more.
If you are an RPG enthusiast, Iβm sure you are all quite familiar with how very wrong puzzle themes can go during a session. But when players have a physical object to decipher, unlock or even break, the chance for the puzzle to be gravely misinterpreted is so much lower.
I also found that small printed gifts for players, representing their in-game items made them so much more engaged and eager to roleplay.
The props will mainly benefit RPG players (and possibly LARPers).
The puzzles on the other hand can be fun for anyone, I think. You could even use them as a gift wrapping for some fun occasion ;)
If you're personally not interested in those, please help spread the word among some of your friends who might be! π§‘
There will be more than a hundred STL files (supportless or pre-supported), with classic D&D items, useful props and most importantly, thematic puzzles you can use in your campaign. Each item will also have a stat card for easier referencing during the game, while puzzles will have video instructions of assembly and use.

You can test out if you (or your players) dig the idea of using physical props at games, by downloading a free, supportless model π
