Just letting you all know how I’m doing
Added 2024-06-05 10:31:10 +0000 UTCHoly crap this shit sucks. My check in time was 8:40 and originally they said I’d get surgery at 10:40 but it was a couple of hours later.
The sweetest nurse hurt my left hand with the IV, so she took it out, and my right hand hurt as well but I said fuck it. My vein is so swollen in that hand today.
Surgery itself went faster than they thought. Everyone outside of my ENT’s aloofness and almost coldness were really nice and helpful people. They did made me talk a shit ton after, which I think was a bad idea on their end haha.
I wish I could have stayed over last night but the USA medical system is so broken that it prob would have been over 80k for a night.
I did have a bleeding issue earlier this morning and I was freaking the fuck out. But hey, it stopped.
I don’t really believe in praying, but if you can keep me in your thoughts I could really do with some good luck right now. 😅
