Moved in! Unpacking, having to get some things fixed.. update!

The prior tenants messed up the washer, there are issues with my door and bathroom as well so that is getting resolved. Sadly this place is NOISIER since I'm at the bottom of the hill now and near busier roads.
I promise I haven't forgotten about any of you! My prior landlord is being a bitch and a half to try to take some of my deposits and blaming me for things she doesn't recall me mentioning when I moved in. So, Gothix is a bit stressed. <3
