Interesting. Makes sense.

Psychology In Seattle

Ha!

Psychology In Seattle

The abstinence/harm reduction debate sounds very similar to the debate that happens in the eating disorder world about veganism and other restrictive diets. The thing is, both can be true: some people can never go on a restrictive diet in recovery from an ED, and some can. It's probably triggering to people in recovery coming from both sides. One side wants the sovereignty to choose how they eat, and the other side finds comfort in not having any rules around food at all. They both work, but not for everyone.

I see you're coming up with t-shirt ideas!
