Thank you for answering the chronic pain question. I have an autoimmune disease that causes a lot of chronic pain. It has been a depressing process and changed my life in the past couple of years. I grieved the loss of my health (I used to be very active now I can’t run or cycle the way I used to). The disease gets progressively worse so I’m coping with the changes all the time. However, I have been learning in therapy how to rely on my relationships with family and friends. The doctors are helpful to an extent but with so many doctors it’s hard to keep up. Everything you said was spot on. Thank you so much.

Lots of great content in this episode.
