Yeah, makes sense. Trauma can do that.

Psychology In Seattle

This was very informative for me. I went through trauma last year and have had contamination OCD for most of my life (only recently diagnosed) the trauma caused all of this to flare up for me. When I am touched without consent it causes me to feel like I'm physically choking and I didn't understand it, but knowing all this makes so much more sense to me. I can't wait to talk this over with my therapist and see what she thinks.

Can someone help me? How can you find specific episodes? I haven't been able to figure out how to search. I'm looking for a specific episode about repressed memories aired in 2017. Thanks
