Minks were listed on the Sabaody auction catalog for standard demi-human price. One of Basil Hawkins' crew was a cat. One of Moria's zombies in the war was a bear (very rare for a Marine to be non-human or giant). The end of Fishman Island introduced Big Mom's men, Tamago (long-leg) and Pekoms (lion). And one of my favorite yet unconfirmed popular theories is that Merry from Syrup Village is part-Mink, which the live action design seemed to support!
