The movies are mostly alternate timeline when you know the crew is split up in the canon. Naomi's arrows were tipped with miniature Dyna-Stones, the same non-canon weapons stolen and used by Zephyr in Film Z. The character with the large head was also teased in the Silver Mine filler arc. Zoro using 36 pound phoenix (instead of 360) and Chopper using Arm Point are mistakes because those are exclusively pre-timeskip moves. When watching Gold, keep an eye out for Easter eggs!
