Unfortunately this has a devastating effect on our real estate prices (they go through the roof). I have discovered so many things through this podcast. Non violent communication is one. I really hope that someday I will get to visit Seattle, and attend the camp that you talked about on the ?Island? Seattle sounds like such a cool place. I am so looking forward to sharing this recording with my (american) Art Therapy friend.

My neighbour is from San Francisco. She calls herself a George Bush 2nd election American refugee (no bull)... We had a huge influx of US refugees at that time. Apparently Hamilton has a whole community of Drs, Nurses & Allied Health professionals who shifted here at a similar time.
