It's done, yay! Fun stuff, it's been a while since I've done some detailed work done, I hope you'll like it ;P

I've been dealing with leaks for a while, the chimney hat is leaking in rainwater when it pours, and it's been some heavy rain days lately with strong winds. So it's been leaking mostly in the toilet, but now also in the (future) hobby-room as the chimney is there... It's a lot in the toilet as it drips not just through the vent hole (the chimney connects with vents on the bathroom, toilet and washroom)  but also down the wall as the hole made for the vent and the vent pipe isn't perfectly lined up... It's a mess... but it's been caught fairly early so hopefully things will get resolved without being too taxing 

Good news, the living room is ready to paint and the remaining there is the floor, then that's done enough that we can move to the next area. Also gotten electrical sockets in the kitchen and the fan over the stove is connected and working, so it's only lights under the cupboards left.

another great news, but kinda stressful still haha... No more news from the guy who bought my old apartment, as he was trying to sue me for fake water damage on the floor in the kitchen/living room area and demanded a new floor in the Whole apartment. It's stressful that he has not the common decency to say he's done harassing me, but it's positive that it's been quiet from him since Christmas time. So fingers crossed...

Another person quit at my job, it was really abrupt, so it's been challenging as I have tried to take as many shifts as I can making me working way more then I'm used to. Hopefully we'll get some new ones soon, there's been some interviews and a friend of mine even applied, which would be super cool to have them there.
