Hey, love you guys! (All of you, both on-mic and off-mic!) Yes, love the addition of timestamps! 1) The titles can't list all the topics covered 2) helps topical searchability 3) saves listener the time re-finding specific content. (Deep dives especially need these. Even though they're single-topic, there are so many angles to them) 4) Could be used to re-hash back catalog into collage episodes. i.e. "PsychIS Collage on Trauma." Though you'd want to add an audio blurb with the year, just to clarify Kirk's evolving perspectives. Anyways, get to work on that - should be done in about a week right? (j/k). Seriously though, there are some good audio transcription services these days ;) Anyways, I have to wonder if you know how many people you're helping with this show. You've helped me gain so much insight, but I never would have thought myself worth the cost of actual therapy if not for lowering the threshold via your show. (Recently begun my therapist search) My very best, Regex Regrets (Berto may get that joke?) (Ok to air)

Would also like to thank you Kirk, and everyone who is involved in any way with the podcast and the YouTube Chanel. It has really helped me understand myself and my relationship with others in a way I didn’t know was possible. Would love to hear more about repetition compulsion in relationships and how it moves through generations. I could only find one episode while searching “Repetition compulsion” specifically here on Patreon. Maybe there are other episodes with more information that I’m missing?

Haven’t listened to the episode yet but wanted to say a big thumbs up for the time stamps. Really helpful:)
