Comments

I listened to this episode and It made me happy to hear that I am not the only one that is afraid of doing things that are no big deal to others. Like driving through bridge and fear I would just drive off of it, going to rooftops and have the impulse to jump off of it. When I had my kids I was terrified I would forget I was holding them and get up and drop them. I also have some other irrational fears like being afraid to forget to pull my pants down when I go to the bathroom and end up peeing my pants, I am afraid of windmills. I have improved my reaction to these things but I still catch myself checking to make sure that I indeed pull my pants down before I can safely pee.
