Yes!! “Grey Rock method” wonderful advice. I relied on this method as the only way to survive the emotional reactivity/ triggers of a particular family member who is very troubled and potentially undiagnosed/ misdiagnosed. I adore you Kirk and admire your compassion for others. Thank you yet again!
