Considering there was an under diagnosis of ADHD and now it seems there's an over diagnosis of ADHD, so 50x over 20yrs seems huge but not surprising. I wonder if this also includes illegal and/or off label use of stimulant medication.

Tough. But I’m curious about the stats for women since they were far less likely to be noticed and diagnosed in childhood and far more likely to fly under the radar until adulthood, when they can recognize their own challenges and seek help.
