In the other episode I was thinking if Ann had something scandinavian because of a certain expression, don’t remember which but it sounded so familiar. I am Danish (50% Danish and 50% Cameroonian but born and bred in Denmark. So not surprised to hear about Sweden. Another good episode, I am all ears and want to try to this exercise later.

Can you share her contact info? I can't find the moment in the episode where she shares her email to reach out for the I Am From materials. Great episode! Am I missing it in episode notes?
